In this case, please follow these steps:

÷   

÷send the emails. Wait until it finishes.
• ÷choose a "bad" email
• ÷right click its "status" field
• ÷click "View log"
• ÷

 
That will tell you exactly what's happening. If you cannot understand the email log, email it to us, then we'll tell you what's happening.
