WorldCast allows the possibility of keeping unsubscribed elements in the list. Subscribed recipients will receive emails (or be validated), unsubscribed elements won't.
To set a recipient as "Subscribed", just check the data panel "Subscribed" box.
To set a recipient as "Subscribed", just uncheck the data panel "Subscribed" box.
