WorldCast can retrieve messages from pop accounts and process them. Once you set the "reply-to" address of some WorldCast mailing to your pop account, WorldCast will be able to:
- Include the sender into the mailing;
- Remove the sender from the mailing;
- Unsubscribe the sender from the mailing;
- Subscribe the sender from the mailing;
- Mark the address in WorldCast database as Bad, Good or Unsent;
- Remove the sender's email.
You process the messages by creating rules:
- If the message has specific words in the "from" box;
- If the message has specific words in the "to" box;
- If the message has specific words in the "cc" box;
- If the message has specific words in the "to" or "cc" box;
- If the message has specific words in the recipient's address;
- If the message has specific words in the sender's address;
- If the message has specific words in the subject;
- If the message has specific words in the body;
- If the message has specific words in the subject or body;
- If the message has specific words in the message header;
- Returned mail: User unknown;
- Returned mail: Mailbox full;
- Delivery time expired;
- Warning message;
- Apply to all messages;
- Apply if no previous conditions were satisfied;
