You can use WorldCast in DNS mode, so that you do not need an SMTP server.
In order to find your DNS server number, connect to the Internet (This is very important!), run WorldCast, go to the "Servers" tab of the tools|configuration menu, and click the "detect" button.
If this does not work, try asking your ISP, who will provide you the correct information.
You can also try to find it using winipcfg.exe (Windows 9x) or ipconfig.exe (Windows NT/2000).
winipcfg: Connect to the Internet (This is very important!). Go to the Windows Start Menu, click "Run" and type winipcfg. Then click the "More Info" button. Copy the value in the "DNS Servers" field.
ipconfig: Connect to the Internet (This is very important!). Go to the Windows Start Menu, click "Run" and type ipconfig. Then click the "More Info" button. Copy the value in the "DNS Servers" field.
If your DNS still seems to have problems, try changing it to: 200.255.242.4
